This early therapeutic support for babies offers one of the greatest opportunities in health care. Infancy represents an exceptionally auspicious time for setting an optimal course for all that follows. A small intervention early in life may help a new family bypass significant hardships.
— John Chitty, Working with Babies

Being born isn't easy.

Birth is a major transition for your baby, physically, spiritually and emotionally.

"Every baby should have a craniosacral therapy session"*  Even the normal process of birth exerts forces on a baby's head, potentially compressing important nerves that govern digestion, sleep and other essential physiological functions.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy for Babies is a gentle and effective way to address issues like feeding challenges, sleep and colic, can prevent ear infections, and helps your baby integrate from the birth experience, resolving any minor or major traumas.

Mothers are often included in the session, as a powerful way to process the shared experience of the birth.  Calming mom's nervous system, supporting physical and emotional healing, bonding and transition into new motherhood has a direct impact on the wellbeing of the newborn as well as the family system as a whole.
